Before the Appointment

On Cleaning Day

A technician arrives in uniform, walks the space with you to flag problem areas, and pre-treats visible stains before running truck-mounted hot water extraction through every room. Furniture legs and baseboards get protected along the way, and high-traffic paths near the entry get extra passes.

After We Leave

Most NYC apartments are finished in one to three hours and dry within two to four, faster with a fan running or a window cracked. We do a final walkthrough with you before leaving so nothing gets missed, and there's no surprise invoice waiting once the job is done.
